  • Product availability is updated in real-time, but we cannot guarantee stock until order confirmation
  • In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order with full refund

Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the stated price. Your order constitutes an offer that we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to:

Payment Confirmation

  • The order will be automatically cancelled
  • Debited amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days

GST & Invoicing

All prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). A valid GST invoice will be sent via email and included with your shipment for all orders.

Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted courier services including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be sent via email/SMS once your order is dispatched
  • Track your order in real-time through "My Orders" section on our website
  • You can also track using the courier tracking number on the courier's website

Delivery Process

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery at the address provided
  • Valid government-issued ID proof may be required at the time of delivery
  • If you are unavailable, the courier will attempt re-delivery or leave a notification
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse
  • Return shipping charges will be deducted from refund for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability

Delivery Responsibilities

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and complete shipping address with pin code
  • Provide a reachable phone number for delivery coordination
  • Be available at the delivery address or authorize someone to receive on your behalf
  • Inspect the package before accepting delivery

Our Responsibilities:

  • Securely pack your order to prevent damage during transit
  • Hand over the package to trusted courier partners
  • Provide tracking information for your order
  • Assist with delivery-related queries and issues

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Do NOT accept delivery if the package is visibly damaged

  • Provide order number and photos of damaged packaging
  • We will initiate replacement or refund within 24-48 hours

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery timeline starts from the date of dispatch, not order placement.

Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Return Eligibility Period

You may return products within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchange Process

Size Exchanges:

  • No charges for first size exchange
  • Replacement will be shipped once we receive and verify the returned product
  • If preferred size is unavailable, we will offer full refund

Color/Style Exchanges:
